              FAQs - 360i Rewards Portal

              Will I need to create a separate account to access the 360i portal for claiming and managing rewards?
              No. When you create your Hive Installer Club account, your details are automatically registered with the 360i portal. You’ll receive an email from the 360i team with a link to set your password (valid for 24 hours). If you miss this window, you can simply use the "Forgotten Password" option to create or reset your password.
              Will I have separate login details for the 360i reward portal?
              Your login email will be the same as the one used for your Hive Installer Club account. You’ll need to set a password the first time you log in to the 360i portal.
              Will the 360i portal be accessible from the Hive Installer Club app?
              Yes. You can access the portal by tapping the Rewards card on the Hive Installer Club app’s home screen. This will open the portal in your device’s default web browser.
              Can I use any browser to access the 360i portal?
              Yes. The portal supports all modern browsers—just ensure you’re using the latest version for the best experience.
              Can I access the 360i portal without using the Hive Installer Club app?
              Yes. You can log in directly via this link: rewards.hiveinstallerclub.com/users/login
              What happens the first time I log in to the 360i reward portal?
              You’ll be asked to accept the 360i terms and conditions. You may also need to update any missing personal information from your Hive Installer Club registration.
              Can I update my personal information in the 360i reward portal?
              Yes. You can edit your profile details and marketing preferences directly within the portal.

              FAQs - Hardware & Hive+ referral reward

              How will I be paid for each installation I complete using the Hive Installer Club app?
              A reward is automatically generated for every installation completed through the Hive Installer Club app. Your reward balance will update immediately once the job is submitted.
              How will I be paid for each Hive+ referral I send?
              Rewards are issued for referrals that convert into Hive+ memberships. Your reward balance will update 14 days after the customer joins the membership.
              I referred a customer for Hive+ but don’t see any referral reward in my account
              Your reward will be generated once the customer accepts the quote and has been on the Hive+ membership plan for 14 days.
              I’ve completed an installation but don’t see any reward in my account
              Rewards for completed installations are automatically generated through the Hive Installer Club app. To ensure your reward is processed, make sure to press the “Submit Job” button on the Health Checker screen after installing the devices. This sends the job to the 360i reward portal and updates your balance.
              What products can I earn rewards for installing?
              Rewards are currently available on: Hive Thermostat, Combi with Hub / Hive Thermostat, Conventional with Hub / Hive Thermostat Mini, Combi with Hub / Hive Thermostat Mini, Conventional with Hub.

              FAQs - Energy Referrals

              How does this offer work?
              Within the new HIC app, you can send a link to your customers where they can view a range of energy offers. If a customer chooses to switch to one of these offers, you’ll receive a reward.
              When will I receive my reward?
              You’ll receive your reward 14 days after your customer successfully switches to their new energy tariff.
              What will my reward be?
              You’ll be able to choose between vouchers from various retailers or PayPal credit.
              How will I receive my reward?
              Your reward will be emailed to you 14 days after your customer completes their switch.
              Where can I find information on the available offers?
              Offer details are available within the app. Key information will also be included in the link you send to your customer, helping them make an informed decision.
