How do I change the colour temperature of my Hive Light?
To change the colour temperature of your Hive Light, follow the below steps.
Please note: It's only possible to change the colour temperature of the Hive Light Colour Changing bulb and Hive Light Cool to Warm White bulb.
Using the Hive app:
- Head to your Hive app and log-in if needed using your username and password
- Select your Cool to Warm White or Colour Changing Hive Light from the Hive dashboard or device list (you can reach these by tapping the dashboard or device list icon in the top right hand corner of the app)
- If your bulb is turned off, click on the bulb icon with the 'Off' label to turn your bulb on
- If your bulb is not already in tone mode, tap on the 'Tone' icon in the middle of the screen to switch to colour temperature mode
- Use the tone slider to select your preferred colour temperature
Using the Hive website dashboard:
- Head to your online account at hivehome.com and log-in if needed using your username and password
- Select your Cool to Warm White or Colour Changing Hive Light from the Hive dashboard
- If your bulb is turned off, click on the bulb icon with the 'Off' label on the left of the screen to turn your bulb on
- If your bulb is not already in tone mode, click on the 'Tone' icon to switch to colour temperature mode
- Use the tone slider to select your preferred colour temperature
