How do I turn my Hive Active Plug on and off remotely from the app or online dashboard?
To turn your Hive Active Plug on and off remotely follow the below steps:
1. Head to your Hive app or your online account at hivehome.com and log-in if needed using your username and password
2. Select your Hive Active Plug from the Hive app dashboard or all devices list (you can reach these by tapping the dashboard or all devices list icon in the top left hand corner of the app or Hive website once you've logged in)
3. Select the circle in the middle of the screen to turn your plug on and off. The status in the middle of the circle will tell you if it is currently off or on
