Why didn't I receive an image of the person seen in my person activity notification?


When your Hive View or Hive View Outdoor detection settings have 'person' turned on and your camera recognises that it’s currently recording a person, it’ll take a snapshot and send an image of them to your smartphone as a notification.

If you receive a person event notification without an image, this may be due to poor connectivity. If the snapshot taken cannot be uploaded and retrieved quickly enough, the notification will be sent to your smartphone without the image. This is to make sure you still receive the information that someone was seen as quickly as possible.
