I can't pair my Phillips Hue Bridge to my Hive Hub, what should I do?
If you can't pair the Phillips Hue Bridge in the Hive app, follow the below steps:
1. Check the Hive app to see if your Hive Hub is showing as 'Offline' in the 'Manage devices' section. If it is offline, follow the on screen instructions to get your Hive Hub back up and running again
2. Make sure that the Hue Bridge is powered
3. Check that the Hue Bridge is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the Hive Hub
4. Check that the Philips Hue is working using the Philips Hue app - if not, contact Phillips Hue for further support
