How can we help you?
My Hive Hub isn’t connecting to my Sky Q router, what should I do?
If you’re having trouble connecting your Hive Hub to a new Sky Q router this may be because 'Sky Broadband Shield' has been activated by default.
To deactivate it please follow these steps:
* Sign in to broadbandshield.sky.com with your Sky iD.
* Scroll down and select Switch off. It may take around 15 minutes to be able to view previously blocked websites.
* Once this is complete, you may need to restart your hub if it doesn't automatically connect.
That's it, you're done!
