How do I set up my Hive Active Heating™?
Once your engineer has installed the Hive Active Heating™ kit, follow the steps below to complete your online account set up either at hivehome.ie or through the app.
Set up using the website
· Visit hivehome.ie
· Log in using the Hive account details you’ll have received by email
· When prompted, enter your hub ID this is the 6 digit code you’ll find on the sticker on the underside of your Hive hub
· Once the hub ID has been entered, set up is complete and you’re ready to start controlling your heating remotely
Set up using the smartphone app
· Download the Hive app from the Google Play Store or iTunes App Store
· Log in using the Hive account details you’ll have received by email
· When prompted, enter your hub ID this is the x digit code you’ll find on the sticker on the underside of your Hive hub
· Once the hub ID has been entered, set up is complete and you’re ready to start controlling your heating remotely
