How do I change the Wi-Fi router or network that my Hive View or Hive View Outdoor is connected to?
You can change the Wi-Fi router or network your Hive View or Hive View Outdoor is connected to by following the below steps. Please note, once you start this journey your current Wi-Fi will be deleted from the camera and cannot be retrieved.
1. Head to your Hive mobile app and log in if required using your Hive username and password
2. Select the camera you wish to view from the dashboard
3. Select the “Settings” icon, and then “Change Wi-Fi”
4. Follow the on-screen instructions.
